Referrals & Partners

Turn customers and partners into your next pipeline

Trackable referral links and promo codes, a commission ledger that records itself the moment a referred deal is won, and a full partner portal with training and a leaderboard. Because it's part of the CRM, a referral becomes a lead and a won deal becomes a commission — automatically.

Trackable links & promo codes

Every partner gets a referral link (/r/their-code) that drops a first-touch attribution cookie, plus promo codes — percent or fixed, with usage limits and expiry — so the referral is tracked from the first click to the close.

Commission records itself

When a referred deal is won, a commission entry is recorded on the partner's ledger automatically — in your workspace currency, idempotent, and with anti-self-referral guards. No spreadsheet, no manual math.

A partner portal that runs itself

Partners invite themselves or are invited, verify, and log in to their own portal — with training resources and a leaderboard — on a separate partner login, not your team's seats.

How it works

Every part, explained.

1

A partner gets a link or code

Each partner has a referral link (/r/:code) and can be issued promo codes. The link carries their attribution; the code can apply a percent or fixed discount with limits and expiry.

2

A prospect clicks through

The click is logged and a first-touch attribution cookie is set, so the referral sticks to that visitor even if they convert later.

3

They become a lead

When the referred visitor converts, they enter the CRM as a lead attributed to the partner — on the same spine as the rest of your pipeline.

4

The deal is worked and won

Your team works the deal like any other. The partner attribution rides along on the record from lead to close.

5

Commission is recorded automatically

Winning the deal records a commission entry on the partner's ledger — in your currency, idempotent so it can't double-count, and blocked if it's a self-referral.

6

The partner sees it in the portal

Partners track their referrals, commissions, training, and leaderboard standing in a portal with its own secure login — separate from your team's accounts.

Deep dive

Everything that's in the box.

Referral links + first-touch cookie

A per-partner /r/:code link that logs the click and sets a first-touch attribution cookie, so credit sticks even on a delayed conversion.

Promo codes

Percent or fixed-amount codes with usage limits and expiry, validated publicly at point of use.

Automatic commission ledger

A commission entry is recorded automatically when a referred deal is won — in your workspace currency, idempotent, with anti-self-referral guards.

Partner tiers

Partners carry a tier (Registered, Silver, Gold, Platinum) shown on their profile for recognition and segmentation.

Per-partner commission rate

Each partner's commission percentage is set on the partner, so you control the rate per relationship rather than a one-size-fits-all number.

Partner portal & auth

A separate partner login (invite, self-register, email-verify, sign in) — partners get their own portal without consuming a team seat.

Training & leaderboard

Courses and resources to ramp partners, plus a leaderboard to surface your top referrers.

MDF fund requests

Partners can request marketing development funds and you approve or decline them, tracked on the record.

KudosCRM vs. the old way

A different league.

KudosCRM
Spreadsheet / legacy CRM
Tracking a referral
A /r/:code link with a first-touch cookie, tied to the lead and deal
A spreadsheet of who-referred-whom that's wrong within a month
Calculating commission
Recorded automatically on deal-won, in your currency, can't double-count
Manual math at the end of the quarter, prone to disputes
Partner experience
A self-serve portal with login, training, and a leaderboard
Emailing partners their numbers, or no visibility at all
Where it lives
On the same CRM record as the lead and the deal
A separate affiliate tool disconnected from your pipeline
