Your data is yours
This page sets out our commitment to your ownership and control of the data you put into KudosCRM.
- You own your data. The contacts, companies, deals, messages, files, and other content you add to KudosCRM belong to you. We claim no ownership of it.
- We don't sell it. We never sell or rent your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
- We process it for you. We use your data only to provide and improve the service you've configured, under our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
- You can take it with you. Your data is portable — no lock-in. To get a copy of your data, including on account closure, email [email protected] and we'll provide an export.
- You stay in control. You decide which integrations and AI features to enable and what data flows where.
