Overview
To deliver KudosCRM, we use a small set of trusted service providers ("sub-processors") that may process personal data on our behalf. We don't sell your data, and we require these providers to protect it under appropriate agreements.

Some providers process data only when you choose to enable a feature or integration (for example, AI, or connecting Google/Microsoft/Slack).
Coming soon
We may add payment and automation providers (such as Stripe, Khalti, Twilio messaging, and Zapier) in future. These are not active today and process no data until enabled — and we'll give notice before they go live.
