Tasks, meetings and booking
Day-to-day work, calendars, and letting people book time with you.
Connect Zoom to KudosCRM
Connect your Zoom account so every meeting booked through your booking pages gets a Zoom join link automatically. Covers connecting, choosing Zoom on an event type, testing the connection, disconnecting, and what KudosCRM stores.
Recurring tasks and checklists
Create a task that repeats on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence, then break the work into a checklist with live progress — so nothing routine slips and every step is ticked off before you call it done.
Set up round-robin booking
Create a booking event type that rotates meetings fairly across a pool of reps, so a prospect who books always lands with someone who can take the call.
The task board and My Day
Switch between a list, a drag-and-drop kanban board, a calendar, and a timeline to see your tasks the way the moment needs — then open My Day for a ranked, single view of what to do next across deals and projects.
