Read the five built-in reports
KudosCRM ships five pre-built reports — deal performance, sales funnel, sales activity, revenue forecast, and task productivity — so you can measure what happened without building a dashboard from scratch.
Updated August 2026
Most CRM analytics projects stall before they start: someone has to decide which metrics matter, build the dashboard, and keep it wired to the data. KudosCRM skips that by shipping five reports that already answer the questions every revenue team asks — who's winning, where deals leak, what reps are doing, what's likely to close, and whether work is getting done.
This guide walks through each of the five built-in reports, what it measures, and how to read it honestly. Every figure is computed live from your records and rendered in your workspace currency, so a US workspace sees dollars and the numbers move the moment the underlying data changes.
Who this is for
Sales managers, RevOps, and founders who want to read the numbers without building or maintaining a dashboard.
Before you start
- Deals in a pipeline with stages and win probabilities set.
- Activities being logged (calls, emails, meetings) for the activity report to populate.
- Tasks assigned to your team for the productivity report.
What's live vs. coming soon
All five reports below are live and read from your real data, rendered in your workspace currency. Composable custom dashboards (drag-and-drop your own metrics) and natural-language 'ask your data' Q&A are on the roadmap and shown with a 'Soon' pill — they are not available today, so don't plan around them yet. The revenue forecast here is a weighted, rule-based roll-up (stage probability × value), not an AI prediction.
Read each of the five reports
- Deal performance — won, lost, open & win rate
Opens with a count and value of deals won, lost, and still open, broken out by owner, plus the win rate (won ÷ closed). Read it to see who's converting and who's carrying open pipeline that isn't moving. The win rate is the headline number for coaching. - Sales funnel — per-stage counts & conversion
Shows how many deals sit in each stage and the conversion rate from one stage to the next, so you can see where deals leak. A big drop between two stages is the bottleneck to fix — not the stage with the fewest deals, but the step where they fall out. - Sales activity — activities per rep by type
Counts the calls, emails, and meetings each rep logged, broken down by type over the period. It answers the leading-indicator question: is the work happening that produces next quarter's pipeline? Pair it with deal performance to separate busy from effective. - Revenue forecast — committed, likely & pipeline by month
Lays out a month-by-month forecast bucketed into committed, likely, and pipeline, weighting each open deal by its stage probability. This is the number you defend in a forecast call — and because it's rule-based, you can click into any bucket to see the deals behind it. - Task productivity — created, completed & overdue
Reports tasks created, completed, and overdue per person, plus the completion rate. Use it to spot where follow-through is slipping before it shows up as lost deals. Overdue counts are computed from the due date, so they're honest, not self-reported. - Switch the period and re-read
Each report runs over a date range. Compare this period to last by changing the range — a win rate of 30% means little on its own, but a win rate dropping from 35% to 30% is a signal worth chasing.
What you get
- Five reports that answer the core revenue questions without building a dashboard.
- A win rate, funnel conversion, and completion rate computed from real records.
- A weighted revenue forecast you can audit deal by deal.
- Figures in your workspace currency, updating live as the data changes.
Frequently asked questions
What reports does KudosCRM include out of the box?
Five: deal performance (won/lost/open by owner plus win rate), the sales funnel (per-stage counts and conversion), sales activity (activities per rep by type), the revenue forecast (month-by-month committed/likely/pipeline), and task productivity (created/completed/overdue plus completion rate). They're built and wired to your data — there's nothing to assemble.
Can I build my own custom dashboard?
Not yet. Composable custom dashboards — where you drag in your own metrics and arrange them — are on the roadmap and shown with a 'Soon' pill. Today you read the five pre-built reports and export them to a spreadsheet if you need a custom slice.
What currency do the figures show in?
Your workspace currency. Amounts are formatted with the workspace's locale and currency setting, so a US workspace sees dollars. The numbers aren't locked to any one currency.
Is the revenue forecast an AI prediction?
No. It's a weighted, rule-based roll-up: each open deal counts at its value times its stage's win probability, bucketed into committed, likely, and pipeline. It's transparent and auditable — you can see the deals behind every number. AI win-probability is on the roadmap, not live.
How current are the numbers?
They're computed live from your records, so a deal you move or a task you complete is reflected the next time the report runs. There's no overnight batch you wait on.
