The Short Version

What Are KudosCRM Reports & Dashboards?

KudosCRM Reports & Dashboards are CRM reports built on the records your team already works in: seven report surfaces, role-based dashboards, and a Command Center home, reading live data with the discipline to say “too few to compute” rather than invent a rate.

Seven Reports, Ready on Day One

Deal Performance, Sales Funnel, Win/Loss Reasons, the Activity Report, the Call Report, Revenue Forecast, and Task Productivity.

Honest by Construction

Rates too thin to trust render as a dash, deltas only compute against a real previous period, and sparse months draw as gaps, never as trends.

Click the Number, Meet the Deals

Every count on the win/loss surfaces links straight into the live deal list, pre-filtered, with bulk actions and columns already set.

Dashboards for Every Role

Five role dashboards and 33 template reports, tenant-shared with live updates, so a new workspace is never blank and a saved report belongs to the team.

Governed to the last digit. Reports narrow to the people the viewer may see, deal values can be hidden from a role across the server-computed report and dashboard aggregates — enforced past the SQL — and the funnel, dashboards, and Mission Control sum money within a single currency and name it, so two currencies never blur into one misleading figure.

The Suite

Seven Reports You Never Have to Build

You open them; they are already reading your live records. Each one answers a manager's question, and the win/loss surfaces go where almost no other CRM does.

Deal Performance and the Funnel

Per-rep won, lost, and open counts and values with win rate, by pipeline and period, and per-stage values with configured win probability and stage-to-stage conversion.

Win/Loss Reasons, with a Capture-Rate Headline

Won and lost bucketed by reason with share and value and a previous-period comparison, headlined by the number most tools hide: what share of closed deals actually carry a reason. Its Win/Loss Shape panel slices the story by month, rep, and deal-size band.

The Activity Report and the Call Report

Per-rep touchpoints versus notes, a day-by-hour heatmap in your timezone, connect rate shown with its denominator, reply rates, speed-to-lead, and going-cold, plus per-agent calls, talk time, logged-late rate, and a trust panel labeling self-reported data as exactly that.

Forecast and Productivity

Revenue Forecast reads won plus committed, likely, and pipeline over a trailing window of up to twelve months, and Task Productivity tracks throughput, on-time percentage, and overdue aging.

The KudosCRM Deal Performance report: date and pipeline filters, won, lost, and open value cards, per-owner stacked bars with win rate and deal counts, and the by-owner table beneath, with one-click CSV export

Win/Loss Shape and the reason capture rate: almost nowhere else in the CRM market.

Honest Metrics

Numbers That Refuse to Be Faked

Most reporting tools would rather show a wrong number than an empty cell. KudosCRM was built the other way around, and this section is why you can defend the figure in the meeting.

The Sample Floor

Any rate with too few data points renders as a dash with “too few to compute,” never a fake 0%, and never a 4-for-4 100% that evaporates on the fifth deal.

Deltas Against Real Periods Only

Period-over-period comparisons compute only when the range is bounded. “All time” has no previous period, and inventing one would be fabrication, so we don't.

Gaps, Not Slopes

Months below the floor are drawn as gaps rather than points, so a chart never implies a trend the data can't support, and when the Call Report caps its leaderboard, it says so on the page.

Real Data, Correctly Bucketed

The activity, call, and task reports exclude seeded demo rows by default — Task Productivity states the excluded count, one click to toggle back — and reports bucket in your workspace's own timezone, so a spike at midnight is imported data, not a phantom.

Drill-Through & Sharing

From the Number to the Deals Behind It

A report that ends at a count makes you go find the work. KudosCRM's reports open straight into it.

Click Through to the Real List

Any count opens the deal list already narrowed to those exact records. The report is a door, not a dead end.

Drill the Reason, Drill the Call

Click any close reason for by-owner, by-stage-died, or by-month; click any call count for the exact calls behind it.

The Slice Is a Link

Date range, pipeline, and owner persist in the URL, so a filtered report is a paste-able link that re-scopes to what the recipient may see.

CSV on Every Report

All seven reports plus both drill-downs export the filtered view, Excel-safe UTF-8 with BOM so ₹ and Devanagari render correctly, date-stamped, and generated in the browser so no PII leaves it.

Five Role Dashboards, Never Blank

Executive Overview, Sales Manager, Marketing ROI, Support Health, and My Sales Day — 38 tiles seeded server-side and shared across the workspace, updating live.

33 Templates, Pins, and a Role-Aware Home

Template reports across six categories, personal report pins, a landing page that defaults to your role, and view counters that start at zero and accrue real usage.

Command Surfaces

The Dashboards That Open Your Day

Beyond the report suite, three command surfaces keep the whole business on screen, each honest about what it knows and when it learned it.

The Command Center

Revenue, pipeline, quota, support health, growth, and automation health, with a personal “Your Day” queue on top. Tiles with no real data source were removed rather than faked.

The Sales Command Center

Period-aware KPIs with deltas and sparklines, pipeline by stage, a rep leaderboard, deal-risk flags, and drill-through, from real deals, quotas, orders, and quotes.

Ops Mission Control

The whole-business pulse, My Work, the Workload capacity board, and delivery reports covering cycle time, on-time percentage, throughput, and budget versus invoiced, returning nil, not zero, for empty windows.

Live, and Saying So

A “Live · HH:MM” freshness pill on the Command Center, and every report states when its numbers were computed — so nobody refreshes on doubt.

The KudosCRM Command Center: Business Pulse tiles for MRR, open pipeline, quota attainment, and support health with deltas and sparklines, a personal due-today and overdue queue, priority suggestions, and per-module workspace tiles, with a Live freshness pill

What's Not Here Yet, Told Straight

Building your own dashboard from scratch is on the roadmap; today you start from five role dashboards and 33 template reports, shared with the team, rather than a blank grid. Scheduled or emailed reports, PDF export, and public dashboard links are not here yet either; the honest share today is the URL-persisted filter, a link that shows each reader only what they are allowed to see. We would rather show you the roadmap than fake a screenshot.

How It Works

How Do CRM Reports Work in KudosCRM?

From opening the page to defending the number, here is what actually happens along the way.

1

Open a Built Report

Seven surfaces are reading your live records before you configure anything.

2

Narrow the Slice

Date range, pipeline, and owner, held in the URL, so the exact view is a link you can paste to anyone.

3

Read It Honestly

Floors print dashes, sparse months draw as gaps, deltas only appear against a real prior period, and the activity and task reports keep demo rows excluded.

4

Click Into the Work

Any count opens the filtered deal list, or the exact calls, with bulk actions waiting.

5

Export What You See

One click to an Excel-safe, date-stamped CSV of the filtered view, generated in your browser.

6

Give Each Role Its Dashboard

Role dashboards and template reports, tenant-shared, with pins and a home that knows who is looking.
