Act 3 · Deliver — the seventh step
Team management, built into your CRM.
Team management software that lives where the work does — assign people across projects, set role-based permissions, and invite your whole team, all on the same records your deals and delivery run on. Workload and timesheets are on the way.

The short version
What is team management software?
Team management software organizes the people doing the work — who's on the team, what they can access, and what they're assigned to. KudosCRM does it inside the CRM: a console with roles, bulk invitations, role-based permissions, and assignment of people to the projects and tasks they're delivering — so the team and the work live on the same records.
The problem
Who's on what, and who can see what — neither is clear.
Managers can't see who's assigned where, and access to data isn't controlled by role. Assignment lives in someone's memory, access is all-or-nothing, and onboarding a new hire means clicking through a dozen screens one person at a time.
- No clear view of who's assigned across projects
- Access that isn't controlled by role
- Onboarding and off-boarding done one person at a time
How KudosCRM handles it
Assign the work, set the access, invite the team — on one record.
Assign work across projects, set role-based permissions, and see per-project budget across the team — so the right person picks up the right work. (Workload view & timesheets are coming soon.) Roles enforce who sees what, bulk invitations onboard everyone at once, and deactivate-with-successor keeps work from dropping when the team changes.
The team system
Assign it, gate it, invite them — without leaving the CRM.
Assignment, roles and invitations all run on the same records the work lives on — so the team and the delivery stay in sync.
Assign work across every project
Add people to a delivery project and assign the tasks — so the right person picks up the right work, and you can see who's on what across the projects you're delivering.
Project assignmentRole-based access that keeps data right
Admin, manager, member and viewer roles control what each person can see and do — enforced by a layered, deny-wins permission engine, with per-role and per-user overrides on the record.
Roles & accessInvite your whole team
Send bulk email invitations, watch who's pending, and resend or revoke in a click — onboarding the team is a list, not a one-by-one chore.
InvitationsBudget as a team signal
Each delivery project shows its budget against what you've invoiced — a shared signal of where an engagement stands, right on the project the team is working.
Project budgetMembers with the right access
On a project, people are owners, editors, viewers or clients — each role sees exactly what it should, and members auto-follow so the right people get the updates.
Project membersOff-boarding without dropped work
Deactivate someone and reassign their open tasks, deals and contacts to a successor in the same move — so nothing falls through the cracks when the team changes.
User managementThe differentiator
Team management belongs where the work is.
Assignment, access and budget-health all sit on the same records your deals and projects run on — so managing the team isn't a separate tool you keep in sync by hand.
Assignment where the work is
People are assigned to the projects and tasks they're delivering — so 'who's on this?' is answered on the work itself, not in a separate resourcing tool.
Access that follows the role
Permissions are enforced by role across the whole CRM, so the right people see the right records without a spreadsheet of who-can-do-what.
One shared signal of health
Per-project budget vs invoiced gives managers and the team the same read on where an engagement stands — on the project, not in a side report.

On the roadmap
What's coming to Team.
We'd rather show you the roadmap than fake a screenshot. These are in progress, not live — ask us where they stand if one is a deciding factor.
Workload & capacity view
A board of who's loaded and who's free, with a free / steady / busy / overloaded read per person. The engine that rolls this up exists — the screen is what's coming.
Timesheets & billable hours
Logging time across the team for utilization and billing. Today you can set an estimate and log minutes on an individual task; team timesheets are next.
Teams & squads
Grouping people into named teams. Today the workspace is a flat roster with roles; named teams and squad-level views are on the way.
