Invite your team
Bring your whole team into KudosCRM in one pass — paste a list of email addresses, send the invitations together, then track who's pending and resend or revoke any invite from a single panel.
Updated August 2026
Getting a team into a CRM shouldn't be a one-at-a-time chore. KudosCRM lets you paste a batch of email addresses and invite everyone at once, so a five- or fifty-person rollout is a single step rather than fifty.
This guide sends bulk invitations and manages the ones that are still open. You'll see how the pending-invitations panel tracks who hasn't joined yet, how to resend a nudge, and how to revoke an invite that went out by mistake — all without touching the people who've already accepted.
Who this is for
Workspace admins rolling a team onto KudosCRM, and ops who keep the roster current as people join.
Before you start
- A KudosCRM account with admin access to invite users.
- The email addresses of the teammates you want to add — ready to paste in.
- A sense of the role each person should land on, so you can set it after they join.
Invite the whole team in one pass
Paste a list of addresses and KudosCRM sends every invitation together, then tracks them in a pending-invitations panel. Each person gets a join link and an accept flow; you can resend a nudge or revoke an invite at any time before it's accepted — without disturbing anyone already in the workspace.
Invite your team, step by step
- Open the invite panel
Go to your team settings and open the invite users panel. This is where you'll send invitations and watch the ones that are still pending. - Paste your list of addresses
Paste the email addresses of everyone you want to add — for example, [email protected], [email protected], and the rest of the Acme sales team. You can add the whole batch at once instead of one at a time. - Send the invitations together
Send the batch. Each person receives an email invitation with a link to accept and join your workspace. They set up their account through the accept flow and land in KudosCRM ready to work. - Track who's pending
Watch the pending-invitations panel to see who's been invited but hasn't joined yet. It's your single view of an in-progress rollout, so you know exactly who you're still waiting on. - Resend or revoke as needed
If someone missed their invite, resend it from the panel. If one went to the wrong address or you changed your mind, revoke it before it's accepted — neither action touches teammates who've already joined. - Set roles once they join
When people accept, set each person's role — admin, manager, member, or viewer — so they get the right reach from day one. See the roles guide for how access is enforced across the CRM.
What you get
- A whole-team rollout in one pass — paste a list and invite everyone at once.
- A pending-invitations panel that shows exactly who hasn't joined yet.
- Resend and revoke controls so a missed or mistaken invite is a quick fix.
- A clean hand-off into roles, so new teammates get the right access from day one.
Frequently asked questions
Can I invite more than one person at a time?
Yes. Paste a list of email addresses and KudosCRM sends every invitation in one batch, so onboarding a whole team is a single step rather than one invite per person. Each invitee gets their own join link and accept flow.
How do I see who hasn't joined yet?
The pending-invitations panel lists everyone who's been invited but hasn't accepted. It's your single view of an in-progress rollout — so you always know who you're still waiting on and can act on just those people.
What if I sent an invite by mistake?
Revoke it from the pending-invitations panel any time before it's accepted. Revoking only affects that open invitation — teammates who've already joined are untouched. You can also resend an invite if someone missed the original email.
What role do new teammates get?
You set each person's role — admin, manager, member, or viewer — after they accept, so they get the right reach from the start. The permission engine then enforces that role across the CRM. See the roles and permissions guide for the details.
