A signature that actually renders.
Most free generators produce pretty previews that fall apart in Outlook. This one is built by a team that lives in email every day.
Clean HTML that doesn't break
Table-based, inline-styled markup tested to render in Gmail, Outlook (desktop & web), and Apple Mail — not fragile CSS that collapses in Outlook.
Copy once, paste anywhere
One click puts a rich, formatted signature on your clipboard. Paste straight into your mail client — or grab the raw HTML.
Built by a CRM company
KudosCRM lives in your inbox all day. This tool reflects what actually works in real email — and connects to your CRM when you're ready.
Free and private
No login to create. Your details stay in your browser until you choose to save. No watermark you can't remove.
The fundamentals
What makes a great email signature
A signature isn't a résumé. The best ones are short, scannable, and give people exactly one obvious next step. Here are the five elements worth including.
Name & title
Who you are and your role — the two things every recipient scans for first.
Company & logo
Reinforce the brand on every send. A small logo does more than a wall of text.
One primary contact
Phone or a booking link. Give people the single fastest way to reach you.
Website & socials
A link to your site and the one or two profiles you actually keep active.
A clear CTA (optional)
Book a call, see a demo, read the latest — turn a signature into a soft prompt.
