Keyboard shortcuts and the command launcher
Press Command-K to search and jump anywhere, or press G followed by a letter to go straight to a section. The full list of go-to chords, and the one timing detail worth knowing.

Two things are worth learning on your first day, because they remove most of the clicking: the command launcher, and the go-to chords.
Neither needs configuring. They work everywhere in the app.
Who this is for
Everyone who uses KudosCRM daily. Especially useful for reps who live in the app all day.
Before you start
- Nothing. These work out of the box for every user.
A chord, not a modifier
The go-to shortcuts are a two-key sequence, not a held combination. You press G, release it, and then press the destination letter — you have about a second and a half to follow up before the G stops counting. That is why they do not clash with typing in a text field.
Learn the two that matter
- The command launcher
Press ⌘ K on a Mac, or Ctrl K on Windows and Linux, from anywhere in the app. Search across your records and jump to what you find. - Go-to chords
Press G, release it, then the destination letter. It is a two-key sequence, not a held combination. - Quick create
The quick create control makes a new record without navigating to its section first — useful mid-call, when you do not want to lose your place.

Frequently asked questions
Do the G shortcuts fire while I am typing in a field?
No. They are a two-key sequence with a short window rather than a held modifier, which is what keeps them out of the way when you are writing in a text box.
What if I press G and then hesitate?
The G stops counting after about a second and a half, and the next key behaves normally. Just press G again.
Is it Command or Control for the launcher?
Either — Command-K on a Mac and Control-K elsewhere both open it.
Can I change the shortcuts?
They are a fixed set today rather than something you configure per user.
