Integrations marketplace: what is connected
Which integrations are live today, which are still rolling out, and what to do about a tool that is not in the catalogue at all.
Updated August 2026
The useful question about an integrations catalogue is not what it lists, but what actually works today. This is that answer.
For anything not covered, webhooks are the general-purpose route rather than a wait.
Who this is for
Admins connecting KudosCRM to the rest of your stack.
Before you start
- Permission to manage integrations.
- Admin access on the other side too — connecting Slack needs someone who can approve it in Slack.
Live versus rolling out
Slack, Gmail and Outlook are live now and connect over OAuth. Stripe, Zapier, WhatsApp, Twilio and Google Analytics are shown as rolling out — they appear in the catalogue but are not something to plan a process around yet. If a tool matters to you now and is not live, use webhooks rather than waiting.
Connect what you need
- Connect Gmail or Outlook for email
Sign in with your existing Google or Microsoft account. No credentials are shared with KudosCRM — that is what OAuth is for. - Connect Slack for signals in channels
Connect over OAuth to bring CRM events into the channels where your team already talks. - Check the state before planning around anything else
If an integration is shown as rolling out, treat it as not available for a process you are designing now. - Use webhooks for anything not in the catalogue
Send CRM events to any endpoint you own. This is the escape hatch that means a missing integration is not a blocker. - Review what you have connected
Integrations granted access once tend to stay connected. Periodically check the list still reflects tools you use.
What you get
- Email and Slack connected over OAuth, with no password sharing.
- An honest picture of what is live versus coming.
- A route to any tool through webhooks, catalogue or not.
- A connection list you have actually reviewed.
Frequently asked questions
Which integrations are actually live?
Slack, Gmail and Outlook. Stripe, Zapier, WhatsApp, Twilio and Google Analytics are shown as rolling out — do not build a process on those yet.
The tool I need is not listed. What now?
Webhooks. You can send CRM events to any endpoint you own, which covers what the catalogue does not.
Is connecting over OAuth safe?
OAuth means you never share your password with KudosCRM, and only the access an integration actually needs is requested.
Do integrations cost extra?
Integrations are part of the platform across tiers, though availability of specific ones can vary by tier.
